As part of this team, you’ll be the first port of call for our customers. The friendly voice on the other end of the phone, answering queries and offering support whenever needed. Whether it’s dealing with amendments or cancellations, you’ll always strive to achieve shining standards of service for each and every call.
Customer Service Team Leader
Our Team Leaders provide support, lead, coach and motivate our Customer Service Advisor teams to deliver a fantastic service at all times.
You could work at our Head Office in Leeds, or even at home. Wherever you’re based you’ll be supported by a team of experienced customer services professionals.
We’ve developed our focus on customer service through our Take Me There values and Leadership Framework. And we focus on delivering these values at all times.
As part of our team, you’ll receive training so you can deal with our customers’ queries in the best possible way. This training will cover everything, from delivering our famously friendly service, to seeing queries through to the end. Our training will give you all the tools you need to deliver a VIP experience.
