Our Jet2holidays colleagues within Customer Operations are responsible for delivering fantastic customer service and support to our customers throughout their holiday 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our 24/7 Customer Operations team are key to our award-winning customer service. Assisting Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers during their trip, the team implement our company welfare policy and support our overseas Customer Helpers. They also have direct contact with our customer helpline for additional advice. So if you are keen on customer service and problem-solving then you’ll fit right in.
Customer Operations Controller
Provide support, coaching and guidance to our Coordinator colleagues as well as manage escalations and provide guidance to our in-resort teams around the clock.
Our Customer Operations teams support both our airline and holidays customers. Working as part of our holidays team you would be based from home, but if you join our airline team you would be based at our office at Leeds Bradford International Airport.
