You’ll handle feedback from our customers using your excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills to make sure all messages are answered. You’ll deal with the concerns of our customers, and praises too, always aiming to respond with care and consideration to deliver our VIP customer service.

Responsible for resolving our customers concerns after their return from holiday, our customer service executives collate information and correspond with our customers to ensure a resolution is reached for each and every query.
