Training, Planning & MI
Our Training, Planning & MI teams are there to support our colleagues to deliver VIP customer service on every call. From designing and delivering engaging training courses to forecasting call types, volumes and shift requirements, these teams play an important part in the journey of our Call Centre colleagues.
As part of our team, you’ll receive training so you can deal with our customers’ queries in the best possible way. This training will cover everything, from delivering our famously friendly service, to seeing queries through to the end. Our training will give you all the tools you need to deliver a VIP experience.
We Are One Team
Our Contact Centre team is fully home based. Our Customer Operations team who support our Jet2.com customers are based at our commercial office in Leeds City Centre, whilst those supporting our Jet2holidays customers are based from home.
