We recruit Ground Operations Teams to work in our Spanish destinations of Murcia, Alicante, Palma, Almeria, Malaga, Barcelona, Reus, Menorca, Ibiza, Girona, the Canaries, and in Faro, Portugal. Working as Customer Helpers across our Passenger Service Agent, Ramp Agent and Management Teams you will help deliver a VIP customer service and create memories for our customers.

A vital Customer Helper role, this shift-based position will see you getting the right baggage onto the right aircraft, at the right time! You don't need any previous baggage loading experience but you'll need to be physically fit.
Able to work successfully as part of a Team, you'll play a key role in that VIP customer service and On Time Performance of our aircraft.
We're looking for people who can lead and motivate others to ensure right baggage onto the right aircraft, at the right time! You will be a role model for our Customer Helper behaviours.
It's a shift-based role that requires flexibility as well as lots of energy.
You'll play an integral part of the Jet2.com Team in providing transport of our Crew to and from the aircraft to ensure we meet our On Time Performance targets. And post flight, ensure a timely return to the crew room.

You will also have responsibility for taking payments for all ancillary revenues, including flight and holiday sales.
Through effective communication with your Ground Operations colleagues, you'll ensure the timely turnaround of our aircraft.
Working closely as One Team with all of your colleagues, you'll be a Customer Helper and ambassador for Jet2.com 's safety first culture.
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the base, meeting performance, customer service and revenue generation targets. Leading from the front, you will demonstrate our Customer Helper ethos and take the lead in creating memories and ensuring our customers Have a Lovely Holiday .
Flexible to work shifts, you'll handle significant people and operational management duties of this role with ease, delivering VIP customer service at all times.
Whether it's providing a friendly check-in service, an efficient boarding experience or ensuring our customers reach the aircraft safely and on time, this role is all about helping our customers and being friendly.
You'll ensure all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers get their holiday off to a great start and help make sure they Have a Lovely Holiday.
We're looking for people who are Customer Helpers and can lead and motivate others to deliver that VIP customer service that ensures our aircraft depart on time.
You'll provide operational supervision whenever it's needed, helping our customers by making sure your colleagues are in the right place at all times.
Using specialist Ground Services Equipment, you'll ensure all Jet2.com aircraft are in the right place, at the right time and ready for departure.

As the Station Controller you will be responsible for the Dispatch Team, ensuring the effective controlling of all Jet2.com ramp and load control operations.
As with all of our supervisory roles, we're looking for people who can lead and motivate others to deliver VIP customer service, demonstrate Customer Helper role model behaviours and ensure our aircraft depart on time.
With overall responsibility for the Ground Operations Team at the airport, it's your passion and belief in our friendly and trustworthy values that will ensure you deliver VIP customer service at all times.
You will lead by example, always demonstrating Customer Helper role model behaviours and through inspiration and motivation, you'll develop happy and high performing Teams to deliver against all performance targets.
After we receive your online application, which includes verbal and numerical assessments and if we think you have the right experience, we'll invite you to a telephone interview. If you successfully fly through your telephone interview, you'll then be invited to attend one of our assessment days.
We'll also make sure this is close to the base for which you have applied. The assessment day will include a friendly presentation to tell you more about Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, as well as about our vacancies.
You'll then take part in a group exercise and a one to one competency based interview. This can take up to 4 hours in total, including registration. We will have plenty of Ground Operations colleagues on hand to answer any questions you may have and talk to you about our vacancies.

For our vacancies based in the UK, you must be able to obtain an Airside Security Pass to work at the airport. In order to do this, you will need to provide 5 full years' employment history and have an up to date Criminal Record Check completed for the UK and any other country you have lived in for over 6 months (in the last 5 years).
