Legal Services Administrator, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.

Working within our Legal Team, our Legal Claims Administrator will support the handling of claims made under EC Regulation 261/2004. You will Work as One Team with our Legal Services Executives and Legal Claims Executives to assist them in the production of high quality responses to claims made under the Regulation.

What will you do in the role?

As our Legal Claims Administrator, you will log and scan correspondence into the system, accurately inputting all the relevant data fields with a very high level of accuracy. Working to daily productivity targets, you will respond to customers and solicitors with accurate, succinct, and well written acknowledgements or responses. You will also: -
  • Organise, prioritise, and action a variety of email inboxes
  • Request information and/or liaise with a variety of internal and external departments
  • Update internal systems/spreadsheets accurately and promptly
  • File and archive hard copies of correspondence
  • Always communicate effectively to our internal and external customers, including resolving any administrative queries over the telephone
  • Understand basic departmental MI/reporting
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

Our Legal Services Administrator will have a minimum of one year's experience in an administrative or clerical role, and experience of working within Customer Service or Legal Claims departments and the Airline or Tour Operating sectors is desirable. We're also looking for: -
  • English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C essential - educated to A Level preferable
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with EC Regulation 261/2004 claims is desirable
  • Knowledge of website booking systems and/or airline reservations systems is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • A team player as well as the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Attention to detail

This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office, with the ability and scope to work flexibly from home for the remaining time.
