Jet2.com recognised by Which? for record on delivering refunds

As well as continuing to receive prestigious Which? Recommended Provider status for AirlinesWhich? have today recognised Jet2.com for having the best record on delivering refunds during the pandemic.

This latest recognition comes on the back of Which?’s annual Best & Worst Short-Haul Airlines Survey, which is based on the experiences of over 1,300 paying customers who have flown in the past two years. As well as having the best record on delivering refunds, Jet2.com scored highly across a number of other measures in the survey, including punctuality, cabin cleanliness, customer service, value for money and covid precautions. On the back of that Which? confirm that Jet2.com is the only short-haul airline to be recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider for Airlines, saying: “At a time when some airlines were making sworn enemies of their customers, Jet2.com received its highest-ever customer score.”

This success comes on the back of the company’s continued investment into delivering a VIP experience.
