Operating 24/7, our Operations Control Centre (OCC) is a great place to learn everything you need to know about the operational management of the Jet2.com flight programme.
The OCC includes shift-based teams from Operations, Customer Operations and Travel Services, who are also supported by the Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) and Flight Planning teams. This way we can Work as One Team to make sure our customers arrive at their destination safely, and on time.
We partner with key stakeholders across our offices, UK bases and overseas destinations, making sure safety and quality are of the highest standard.
Without our Health and Safety teams, we wouldn’t be Trustworthy. On behalf of our customers and suppliers, these teams have an eye on everything safety related. Working closely with other business areas with our one team approach, our aim is to ensure all of our customers have a lovely holiday!
