We have a brand-new opening for an Information Support Administrator to join our Strategic Resource, Planning and Delivery (SRPD) team.
Reporting to the SRPD Co-ordinator, the Information Support Administrator will work closely with the Crew Development Team to identify innovation opportunities and develop solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Tableau and other web-based applications as appropriate. Completing administrative duties and supporting departments in developing SharePoint-based solutions. Working closely with various teams, the Information Support Administrator will help enhance workflows and optimize processes using web-based tools.
-This hybrid role involves two days in the office per week, with occasional travel as required-

What you’ll be doing:
- SharePoint Administration – Maintain and update Crew Development and Flight Operations SharePoint sites, ensuring they remain the central hub for pilots. Run analytics, collaborate with the Jet2 SharePoint Administrator, and optimize site functionality to enhance productivity.
- Base Management SharePoint Oversight – Support, improve, and provide technical guidance for Pilot Base Management SharePoint sites, working with Apprentice App Developers and the SRPD Co-ordinator.
- Process Development & Automation – Help develop new processes to keep site content up to date, manage change requests, and build automation flows in Microsoft Power Automate to streamline administrative tasks.
- SharePoint & Communications Support – Advise on new SharePoint sites and web-based business tools while assisting with Crew and colleague communications, feedback, and surveys to ensure effective delivery
What you’ll have:
- Technical Proficiency & Adaptability – Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps, including SharePoint and Power Automate, with a willingness to learn new IT systems.
- Organised & Results-Driven – Proven workload management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes efficiently.
- Strong Communicator & Team Player – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience delivering presentations.
