Based at Palma Mallorca Airport and reporting to the Duty Manager - the Station Control Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the safe and efficient turnaround of all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays flights at the airport.
You will supervise the Dispatch and Customer Helper Team, whilst overseeing the daily work and flight allocation and ensuring the completion of accurate and timely post flight reports. You will carry out pre-shift preparation including confirmation of all pre-flight checks and the coordination of all turnarounds across the shift.
This is a varied and fulfilling role with both colleague and operational responsibility. This position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support the operation. You will also play a pivotal role in driving forward our safety first culture. Through coaching and developing, you will help your Team to deliver Jet2.com’s "on time performance" targets.
The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. You will have a strong background in aviation, with an in-depth understanding of load control and aircraft weight and balance. Extensive aircraft dispatch/turnaround experience is essential for this role, ideally with previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
