Based at Bournemouth Airport and reporting to the Ground Operations Training Manager, the Ground Operations Front of House Trainer will be responsible for providing classroom training, support and coaching to Front of House colleagues in order to ensure they are working and operating in accordance with our safety culture and brand philosophy.
- You will identify and analyse individual training and development needs, making recommendations in line with the Behavioural Framework.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of coaching and support for all front of house Teams, ensuring training is tailored to individual requirements.
- As part of the Training Team, you will be responsible for the design and development of initial and recurrent training for all Front of House Teams to support them to achieve the highest performance standards.
This is a varied and fulfilling role and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve our Safety and Customer Satisfaction targets.This role is available on a full time (40 hours per week) basis. Working hours are rostered and will include early starts and weekend working to support the delivery of on the job coaching and training.
The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. You will also
- Have some experience of coaching and/or training delivery, either on an individual basis or in a classroom environment.
- Be a subject matter expert in Ground Operations (Check-In and Boarding) procedures with a minimum of 1 year experience in Front of House (EASA Requirement)
- Be able to share your knowledge as well as be able to engage and influence others.
- Be passionate about training and developing others and be able to engage with the wider Front of House Team.
Unless a recognised equivalent is already held, the successful candidate will be willing to study towards the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification which will be provided by the company.
