As Cabin Crew Base Manager, you would be responsible for directly leading the Jet2.com Cabin Services Team and driving operational performance at the base.

What will you be doing?
- Providing proactive management support to ensure the safe and consistent delivery of a quality onboard service.
- Continuous performance management of all Cabin Crew.
- Ensuring the performance and duties carried out by the Cabin Crew comply with current legislative and Company requirements
- Actively engaging in all aspects of the business to seek out improvements and maximise productivity.
- Take the lead in the recruitment for the base, to ensure a high calibre of candidates are presented for initial training.
- Ensure ongoing training, progress and development plans for your teams success, along with managing any HR related issues that may arise.
What skills and experience will you already have?
- Extensive Cabin Crew experience, along with proven success of managing a large team of colleagues, ideally within Cabin Crew Base Management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to uphold high operational standards.
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally.
- A proactive, results-driven and adaptable approach.
- Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you are available to operate on call as and when required.
