We’re seeking a highly skilled Digital Reporting & Insights Specialist to join our data-driven team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on digital data to drive business insights and optimise performance across various platforms. You’ll be an important part of our Web Analytics team, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Tableau, BigQuery, and Snowflake to deliver insights that influence strategic decisions and improve digital experiences for our users.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll analyse user behaviours, traffic sources, and conversion funnels to uncover insights and trends that guide decision-making.
  • You’ll ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across all dashboards and analytical outputs.
  • You’ll provide insights and recommendations on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and customer journey improvements based on data.
  • You’ll use SQL to query data from databases such as BigQuery and Snowflake to support custom analysis needs.
  • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
  • You’ll provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on analysis to improve website performance, customer experience, and marketing ROI.
  • You’ll stay up-to-date with digital analytics best practices, GA4 developments, and emerging technologies to ensure we leverage the best tools and methods.

What you’ll have:
  • You’ll have experience in the following: SQL, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, BigQuery, Snowflake or Google Tag Manager.
  • You’ll have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of key performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • You’ll be detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing data accuracy and tracking issues.
  • You’ll have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
