we have a great opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our Ground Operations Team in Tenerife.

Reporting to the Station Manager and Senior Duty Manager, the Duty Manager is responsible for
  • The day to day management of all Jet2.com flights and operational performance at the airport
  • Leading the customer facing Teams at the airport to deliver excellent customer service
  • On time performance and management of our safety-first culture

Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.

The successful candidate will be:
  • A driven and motivated manager committed to the development of an operational team and who shares our passion for delivering the highest standards in customer service and safety
  • Have a proven track record of managing others in a fast-paced environment
  • Have knowledge of Ground Operations and airport processes
  • The ability to show flexibility and be forward thinking in challenging operational situations
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
