Property Project Supervisor

As our new Property Project Supervisor, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. In this exciting position, created due to business growth, you’ll work across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays UK and Overseas estate. Whilst being proficient in AutoCAD, you'll be involved in the project management of a strong pipeline of new property and refurbishment of our existing portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Using AutoCAD, you’ll be responsible for the design of our wide ranging property projects.
• You’ll be involved in the end to end management of a wide range of property projects across our estate.
• You’ll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
• You’ll make sure that all statuary compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related requests from the wider business.

What you’ll have:

• Proven experience in general construction and fit out management, ideally from a construction site or project management background in the commercial property.
• Ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
• NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or similar.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software such as MS Project.
• Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.
