As our Digital Advertising Manager you'll lead the digital advertising strategy, with the day-to-day management of our marketing efforts directed at the various audiences across our digital marketing – concentrating specifically on Social Advertising, YouTube, and brand display – but also contributing to the CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand & Comms amongst others.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll manage all Digital & Social advertising for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, shaping the digital advertising strategy and managing significant budgets to deliver agreed KPI’s. You’ll also:
  • Implementing all Social Advertising, Brand Display, and YouTube campaigns – either directly or through an external agency.
  • Working with the wider Brand Communications team, you'll shape, plan and manage creative content shoots to test across digital channels
  • Working closely with the wider advertising and performance marketing teams you’ll help shape the overall social and digital marketing strategy, implementing plans, reviewing results and actioning learnings.
  • You’ll develop and embed processes with our Digital Performance Team to ensure plans are implemented, results are shared, and plans quickly optimised, driving understanding of all the various targeting, reporting, format and advertising opportunities across a range of platforms.
  • You’ll own media supplier relationships to ensure the business is kept up on new developments and take advantage of all appropriate alpha and beta testing opportunities.
  • You’ll manage the creative delivery of all digital assets, working with our in-house Studio Team, and external agencies.

What you’ll have:
  • You’ll have previously worked within Digital Marketing with a range of platforms.
  • You’ll be capable of adapting to changes in the digital marketing landscape and trading requirements and showcase strong analytical skills.
  • You’ll be able to manage multiple tasks, delivering to tight timescales and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced entrepreneurial commercial environment.
  • You must be able to influence people, have strong people management skills and be comfortable presenting, including at board level.
