At and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers receive a VIP service.

We now have some great opportunities for Passenger Service agents (PSA) to join our Overseas Ground Operations Team in Fuerteventura.

Supporting our customers by supervising our Third-party handler throughout the journey at the airport and ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values is key to the success of this role.

As a Customer Helper (PSA), you will be present at the arrivals hall whilst our customers baggage is delivered, ensuring that we get them on their holiday as soon as possible. On their trip back home, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers as they arrive at the airport for their return journey home and direct them to our check in desks. You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and make sure they provide a warm and friendly check in service issuing boarding passes and following safety and security procedures. You will also assist at the boarding gates working with our colleagues to make sure our flight departs on time.

What we’re looking for?

A friendly and bubbly personality, you will have a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience and be driven to go above and beyond for our customers. Successful Customer Helper PSA’s have a positive and flexible approach and have a “Happy to Help” attitude at all times. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Spanish. On any given day, you’ll be supportive and always looking to help our customers, your team and the Third-party handler. You must be flexible to work with rotational shifts and ideally have previous experience handling customer queries.
