As our new Marketing Executive - Mobile Apps, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll lead on a wide range of strategic initiatives that supports the growth of the Jet2 Mobile app, maximises commercial opportunities and enhances the in-app customer experience. You’ll also create highly personalised and engaging experiences throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure both and Jet2holidays customers have a VIP experience when using the app.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll drive a roadmap of personalised in-app automated experiences utilising our App Experience Platform
  • You’ll create strategies for boosting app downloads and increasing user engagement
  • You’ll optimise the user journey across all communication channels, ensuring users are deep linked to the most relevant pages within the app
  • You’ll ensure the apps maintain a strong presence in app stores and are regularly optimised – keywords, descriptions, assets, ranking, ratings and reviews
  • You’ll support the PO’s, BA’s, UX and Dev team functions to deliver the app roadmap and driving the continuous optimisation of the Jet2 app features including A/B tests

  • You’ll thrive in driving mobile strategies, be proficient in understanding platforms, devices, OS’s and embrace changes to technology (the mobile ecosystem)
