What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll be operating in a challenging and fast-paced environment, making sure the day-to-day and short-term contracting function is fulfilled to business requirements
  • You’ll be key in developing the medium to long-term contracting strategy for the relevant destinations
  • You’ll be heavily focused on people management and will provide support to the area manager role, coaching and mentoring staff to make sure colleague progression through the department

What you’ll have:
  • You’ll be a subject matter expert with excellent knowledge of contracting within a Tour Operator environment
  • You’ll be pro-active and confident individual with a focus on both successful delivery and relationship-building
  • You’ll have strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • You’ll have a strong track record of forging effective business relationships, both internally and externally

These roles will require business travel across Europe on a frequent basis.
