Resort Flight Check In is returning! We have fantastic opportunity to join our Jet2.com & Jet2holidays Team as a Resort Flight Check-In Manager in Tenerife on a full time basis!

Reporting to the Area Manager - Jet2.com & Jet2holidays, the Resort Flight Check-In Manager will be responsible for:
  • Leading our Resort Flight Check-In Teams, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of customer service.
  • Overseeing Baggage Transfer process from Resort to the Airport
  • Maintain the On Time Performance of our Resort Flight Check-In Service
  • Ensuring that check in procedures and logistics are handled in accordance with all legal and Company requirements.
  • Management of colleague rosters and reporting all payroll information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Management of our local office and attendance at weekly meetings with hoteliers, agents and airport staff.

The successful candidate will:
  • Have genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Have proven experience in a managerial role with a solid background in leading and motivating teams in a customer environment
  • Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English & Spanish
  • A positive approach and be a supportive team player
  • Previous experience within the Airline or Travel industry is desirable, although this is not essential.

As we employ on local employment contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents for the country where the role is based and be living in the destination or be willing and able to source your own accommodation and required documents. You will already be a driver with a valid driving license and your own vehicle.
