We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Management Team as an Airport Team Leader for Summer 2023.

Our Airport Team Leaders are present in the airport for both our Airport Customer Helpers and our customers to ensure a smooth stress-free customer journey on arrival and departure.

What will you do in the role?

Reporting into the Destination Manager, you will Work As One Team with internal & external stakeholders to deliver VIP Industry Leading Customer Service. You will be provided with fantastic training to ensure you:

  • Take Responsibility of managing all arriving and departing transfers, making sure our customers arrive and depart the airport in a timely manner

  • Work closely with our Resource and Planning team in the UK to create the weekly roster for your Airport Customer Helpers in line with our flying programme

  • Hold monthly coaching, development and training sessions with your team of Airport Customer Helpers

  • Analyse on-time transfer performance and customer query trends using our in-house digital systems

  • Effectively motivate your team and address any performance issues before they escalate

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

  • Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience, ideally gained within the travel industry

  • A genuine passion to inspire and motivate your team to exceed results

  • An excellent understanding of VIP customer service and the skill to impart this on to your team

  • The confidence to handle a variety of customer facing situations and make considered decisions at managerial level in tight timeframes

  • The ability to positively address any performance issues within your team, in line with company policies and procedures

Our Airport Team Leaders are rostered in line with our Summer 2023 flying programme. Working at the airport includes early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working.

As we employ on local employment contracts, ideally you will already hold full right to work documents for the country where the role is based and be living in the destination or willing and able to source your own accommodation and required documents.
