We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Management Team as a Resort Team Leader for Summer 2023.

Our Resort Team Leaders are present for both our Resort Customer Helpers and customers during their holidays to Take Responsibility of any serious problems they may face.

What will you do in the role?

Reporting to the Destination Manager, you will Work As One Team with internal & external stakeholders to deliver VIP Industry Leading Customer Service. You will be provided with fantastic training to ensure you:

  • Take Responsibility of your Resort Customer Helper team and product quality in resort

  • Work closely with our Resource and Planning team in the UK to create the weekly roster for your Resort Customer Helpers to maximise Jet2holidays presence in our hotels at the optimum time

  • Hold monthly coaching, development and training sessions with your team of Resort Customer Helpers

  • Analyse team performance, customer satisfaction results and manage any customer escalations using our in-house digital systems

  • Effectively motivate your team and address any performance issues before they escalate

What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

  • Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience, ideally gained within the travel industry

  • A genuine passion to inspire and motivate your team to exceed results

  • An excellent understanding of VIP customer service and the skill to impart this on to your team

  • The confidence to handle a variety of customer facing situations and make considered decisions at managerial level in tight timeframes

  • The ability to positively address any performance issues within your team, in line with company policies and procedures

Our Resort Team Leaders working hours are rostered in line with your teams needs. As such, you will have a flexible approach to work, including early starts, late finishes & weekend working.

As we employ on local employment contracts, ideally you will already hold full right to work documents for the country where the role is based and be living in the destination or willing and able to source your own accommodation and required documents.

Due to the level of travel required in the role, you will already be a driver with access to your own vehicle which you are able to use for work purposes. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
