Crewing Co-Ordinator, based at Leeds Bradford Airport.  This role has a working pattern of 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off; Float every 5th month. and Jet2Holidays are always looking for great people to join our award-winning team of colleagues. Reporting to the Crewing Supervisor, we are currently looking to hire a Crewing Co-Ordinator who will Take Responsibility for the effective resource management of crew across’s flying programme. The Crewing department is a fast paced and challenging environment, where no two days are the same. You will be based at our Leeds Bradford Airport Operations Control centre, the heart of our busy flying operation.

What will you do in the role?

As our Crewing Co-Ordinator, you will manage our Pilot and Cabin Crew rosters, ensuring crew are in place to deliver our flying programme and maintain our award-winning On Time Performance and exceptional customer service. You will also:
  • Play an essential role within the crewing department, Working as One Team to support colleagues where required
  • Report into the Crewing Controller and Crewing Supervisor whilst on shift and will be part of a highly motivated team, working in a high pressured and ever-changing environment.
  • Work on a shift basis, working a 12 hour shift pattern across days and nights.
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

Our Crewing Co-Ordinator is a technical role, however experience in Crew Control or aviation is not essential as full and comprehensive training will be given. Helped along your journey by our focussed induction, training and development programme, this will allow you to be as successful as possible, with guidance from our already experienced Crew Control team on hand. You will also be:
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a ‘one team’ attitude
  • Be able to work accurately at pace.
