Reporting to the Overseas Operations – Systems & Management Information (MI) Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring systems are fit for purpose, access is available at the agreed levels and end users have all they need to provide great customer service.

Overview of the Role
We are looking for a talented systems-focussed individual to join our Overseas Operations team, to support our Jet2holidays staff with the systems and technology they need to fulfil their duties.
If you’re the right person, you will have great attention to detail and a drive to provide exceptional service levels. You will have experience of working with senior stakeholders and excellent communication skills at all levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Jet2holidays systems and equipment are available for the Overseas Team. You will become the Subject Matter Expert on the relevant systems, providing assistance, guidance, training, and knowledge across all levels of the operation. You will also have the opportunity to develop MI and reporting using visualisation software, therefore requiring a high skill level in the use of Microsoft Excel.

What will you be doing?
  • Develop strong relationships with end users and internal IT departments
  • Be the point of contact for systems requirements and contribute towards the overall Systems Roadmap
  • System, MI UAT and BAU testing responsibilities
  • Produce and deploy accurate and timely MI reports
  • Develop and maintain end user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Deliver end user training
  • Identify the root causes of problems impacting end users, in their use of Jet2holidays systems. Work with the relevant teams to fix the problems identified
  • Ensure current MI is relevant, up to date and fit for purpose
  • Complete data analysis, and trends and benchmarking analysis; Understanding MI, providing insight to aid with business decisions & identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide great service to our end users and fellow team members
  • Aid in budget & financial planning
  • Maintain records of all Overseas Operations equipment and system access
  • IT ticket management / triage, as required
