As our new Product Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the Product Marketing across Product and Brands, supporting the multiple requirements that deliver the product needs from our campaigns. From managing brochure delivery and coordinating marketing briefs to supporting hotelier campaigns and trade marketing initiatives, you’ll ensure seamless execution across all Jet2holidays distribution channels. This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll also contribute to key events like trade fairs, resort visits, and supplier meetings, keeping the Product Marketing running smoothly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll be responsible for the day to day delivery of our brochures, including Destination Guides, In-flight Magazines, Direct Mail and Travel Agent Brochures.
  • You'll take ownership for co-ordinating the briefing and supplier sign-off of hotelier marketing activity, along with proof of activity and ROI processes.
  • You'll deliver the micro-briefs that happen every month for Hotelier Marketing Campaigns.
  • You'll deliver the brief and amendment process for Travel Agent Marketing.
  • You'll own the co-ordination for the supply and sign-off of Product content for core Jet2holidays marketing campaigns.
  • You'll be the first approver of all print publications ensuring 100% accuracy of content.
  • You'll work closely with the wider Product department, who are the first line for Hotelier relationships, to ensure our marketing is meeting the needs of our partners ​​​​​​​to ensure the effective merchandising of destinations and hotels across the Jet2holidays website, including updating and maintaining landing pages, conducting web checks and supporting the on sale process.
  • ​​​​​​​You'll support with any necessary preparation for supplier events, Fam trips, Product resort visits and trade fairs, including pulling together key data for meeting agendas and liaising with hotel partners to ensure smooth running of events and trips.

What you’ll have:

  • Highly accurate and task driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and self-disciplined.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines, manage time effectively and have the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be an effective team player.
  • Comfortable in working across a number of business systems.
  • Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
  • ​​​​​​​Tour operator, airline, or travel business experience is desirable.
