As our new Product Marketing Team Leader, you’ll support the Product department by being the key connection point between the the Product and Marketing departments, to meet customer and supplier needs and maximise sales and revenue in line with company targets. You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day activity between Product is briefed accurately into marketing, responses to briefs are complete before involving the product teams and keeping the projects to time. You'll also be responsible for managing 2 Product Marketing Co-ordinators.

What you’ll be doing:
- You'll own the Product Marketing processes and improvements, to maximise effectiveness and efficiencies across all of our product led campaigns.
- You'll build any necessary processes required to improve the briefing and management of marketing activities with the product team.
- You'll own the approval processes and requirements for all Product Marketing campaigns and Brochure Pagination.
- You'll be the first approver of all print publications ensuring 100% accuracy of content.
- You'll own the Product Marketing Prioritisation processes, working with Heads and General Managers to streamline the campaigns being briefed into Marketing.
- You'll own the Hotelier Marketing Process, including the development of Rate Cards, management of campaign performance reporting and weekly meetings to manage information flow and activities.
- You'll manage the 3rd Party Marketing Planners to ensure all Hotelier Marketing is being planned and activated as planned.
- You'll represent Product in all Marketing and promotional activity.
- You'll own the Sponsorship packages that we create for our Travel Agents.
- You'll be the central product contact for all campaign requests coming from Marketing and PR into product and the response back to the relevant channels.

- Highly accurate and task driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong process management skills, able to identify process gaps and develop and implement solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills and self-disciplined.
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise tasks in what can be a pressured environment.

- Tour operator, airline, or business travel experience.
