We offer a great salary of €26,843 per annum, a permanent intermittent contract, fully paid training, and all the tech you’ll need to shine. You’ll get 31 days of holiday per annum and two days off each week!
There’s loads of room to grow with career development across Jet2.com & Jet2holidays, plus regular 1-to-1s with your Team Leader to keep you on track. And let’s not forget the perks—exclusive travel discounts and a fab “recommend a friend” bonus scheme. Work hard but have fun doing it!
What will you be doing?
- You’ll report into the Resort Team Leader and work hand-in-hand with colleagues and local partners to deliver next-level service that makes our customers feel like VIPs.
- You will be there to support our customers during their holiday whether that’s greeting guests at their hotel, jumping on a quick video call to help with a query, or stepping in when things don’t go to plan.
- You’ll be the friendly face recommending must-do local adventures to enhance their holiday
- You will also be there to support our customers during disruptions or emergencies
If you’ve got a passion for people, love solving problems, and want to make a real difference to someone’s getaway—this is your chance to do just that!
What do you need to join the team?
You’ll need the right to work in Spain and be based in the East of Mallorca, ideally close to one of the resorts listed. You’ll also need a driving license and your own vehicle to travel between your allocated hotels.
This isn’t your typical 9–5, expect the unexpected! We’ll give you your schedule 3–4 weeks in advance, but flexibility is key—especially when it comes to flight disruptions or customer emergencies.
Customer service experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker. What really matters is your positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and confidence using digital tools on a tablet.
