Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Customer Journey, our Senior Marketing Executive - Customer Experience will join the team responsible for our industry-leading approach to Customer Experience, Branding, Customer Insights and In-flight Marketing.

What you’ll be doing?
- You’ll lead the delivery of continuous ambitious branding projects at over 70 airports, our airline fleet, thousands of hotels and all Jet2holidays resorts.
- Work with operational and commercial colleagues to enhance the post-booking experience along the entire customer journey.
- Take a supervisory role in projects which optimise the branded customer experience and work on projects that brand our industry-leading Leisure Travel journey.
- You’ll work closely with our In-Flight Retail & Cabin Services Teams to help optimise inflight engagement.
- Drive sales through pre-travel and onboard marketing initiatives.
- Additionally, you’ll support work on high profile Customer Experience projects which drive loyalty.
What you’ll have:
- Several years of experience across Marketing, either with an in-house or agency background.
- A flair for branding and desire to improve your knowledge of how to drive the customer journey.
- Strong communication skills.
- A desire to drive improvements and try new things.
