Salary: Excellent

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours Per Week: 40 Hours

As our new Contractor, you’ll cover a designated geographical area within the Jet2holidays portfolio. You’ll assist our Contracts Managers with the management and development of our Hotelier and supplier relationships, ensuring that our contracts are delivered in line with SLAs.

Roles within Contracting offer a busy workload with ever-changing priorities - they’re also very interactive roles as you’ll deal with a variety of internal departments and external contacts on a daily basis. The Contracting team negotiate and set in place the commercial agreements that we work to with our Hoteliers and then manage these relationships on an ongoing basis.

Our Contractor’s are based at a variety of locations, roughly half work from Holiday House in Leeds City Centre, with the remainder based from resort destinations throughout Europe. As a Contractor you would be based at the most convenient office location to home – you’ll split your time between the office and home-working, but also travel (frequency varies over the year) to meet colleagues, contacts and suppliers across our portfolio.

As our Contractor, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

  • Hybrid working (we’re in the office 2 days per week)
  • Access to a generous discretionary profit share scheme
  • Annual pay reviews

  • You’ll work closely with a wide variety of colleagues including our Revenue, Product and Overseas Operations Teams and external Hoteliers and Agents.
  • You’ll ensure that our Hotelier Contracts are loaded appropriately into our systems and managed in accordance with SLA’s, moving promptly to rectify any issues as they arise.
  • Over time you’ll become a local subject matter expert maintaining a deep understanding of both the accommodation market and broader destination trends.

What you’ll have:
  • You’ll have good interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with a variety of people each day.
  • You’ll be a pro-active problem-solver who can demonstrate our “One Team” philosophy.
