As our Systems and Information Analyst, you’ll provide the Risk & Safety Department, the wider business, and external business partners with high-quality, accurate, and focused Management Information (MI) to enable the effective implementation, tracking, maintenance, and development of the Jet2holidays Risk Management Systems.
A key role within the Risk & Safety team, you’ll run the tools and systems utilised for delivering and supporting the Risk & Safety service and the various workstreams that it involves. This includes maintaining the MI Dashboards and using analytical tools and techniques to improve insight and performance.

What you’ll be doing:
This role also involves growing and managing strong relationships within the Risk & Safety Team and with various peer groups from other departments to ensure our processes are supported and have quality data coming in and going out. You’ll also: -
- Support any System and Information queries. Including troubleshooting and liaising with 3rd party providers when required.
- Assist with the allocation and tracking of the Onsite Inspections programme.
- Turn high-level MI requirements into Tableau visualisations and focused dashboards.
- Assist with the maintenance, updating, and delivery of the MI used by the Department and other business stakeholders.
- Ensure MI is accurate, tested and meets the needs of the user.
- Support development/process improvement initiatives when required.
- Undertake any other data-related tasks as required by the Risk & Safety Leadership Team.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll be IT competent, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Tableau, Power Automate and PowerPoint.
- You’ll have experience with preparing and presenting Data using Tableau and Excel.
- You’ll have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and in unforeseen circumstances where MI/Data is immediately required.
- You’ll be solutions orientated with an understanding of the commercial/business impact of recommendations provided to suppliers and business partners, i.e., a commercial thinker.
- You’ll be passionate about data and using data to highlight areas of strong or under performance.
- You’ll have excellent numerical, analytical, and planning skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- You’ll have demonstrated experience creating dashboards with Tableau is a must.
- You’ll have experience with Power Automate, Snowflake, and VBA would be advantageous.
