As our new Senior CRM Executive, you’ll support various teams to deliver the CRM Marketing schedule and manage operational aspects of CRM channel production and testing across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customer communications. With a strong focus on production management, you’ll support and coordinate the Q&A and delivery of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays CRM campaigns, working closely with the business to ensure that there is a smooth production process between Creative Services, Data and other stakeholders.

Please note that this role will be offered as a salaried 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You’ll collaborate with your line manager to optimise operational processes for increased efficiency and develop and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure the timely delivery of each campaign and project.
  • You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, such as Content, Apps, CX, Campaigns, Analytics, and other key business stakeholders to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the CRM channels.
  • You’ll be responsible for the coordination of Q&A within email production, ensuring that emails are deployed error-free, including briefing, testing, collation of assets and sign-off.

  • You’ll be meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organisational and time management skills.
  • You’ll have a passion for ensuring that everything we do is customer focused and have demonstrable experience of managing teams and campaigns of a similar nature.
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities is highly desirable, as is an excellent understanding of email marketing best practices.
