Here at Jet2, we sell sunshine, and it’s the Product Team’s job to make sure we’re sending sun-seekers to the very best destinations and hotels to soak it all up. The team also hunts down the most sought-after cities, villas and bucket-list breaks so there’s something for every type of holidaymaker, while keeping up with the competition too.

It’s important to identify how we can meet our long-term goals… that’s where our five-year plan comes in! We forecast growth, think of new ways to meet business targets and analyse our competitors and the market. Potential new destinations? We look for those too!

Each team’s responsible for reviewing and managing the sub-brands, looking after merchandising and promotion, the on-sale process and third-party relationships.
The holiday market moves quickly, so we need to be ahead of the game! The Seasonal Planning and Promotion Team makes sure company targets and customer needs are met, every step of the way. That’s everything from managing geographical areas and hotelier marketing, to website merchandising and post-travel issues. They’re also involved in the planning and production of our brochure portfolio!
