You will also be responsible for developing accurate and timely Management Information to support decision making, presenting this to Senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will have significant management experience gained in a Tour Operator or Airline and with a focus on a customer facing and/or operational team. You will have proven ability to lead in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, demonstrating the ability to make effective decisions confidently and quickly when under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently and clearly with stakeholders at all levels. An analytical thinker, you will be able to assimilate information and determine priorities quickly. The Jet2holidays Operational Control Centre Duty Manager will also support both internal and external stakeholder relationships in providing day to day guidance and subject matter expert support on overseas operations ensuring we continue to deliver industry leading service to our customers.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a customer focussed or operational role in a Tour Operator or Airline. You will be calm and reliable under pressure, making clear and confident decisions in challenging circumstances. You will be analytical and detail orientated, able to understand a situation and consider your response quickly. The Jet2holidays Operational Control Centre Duty Manager will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team from the front. Ideally, you will have experience working overseas and an in-depth knowledge of industry regulations relating to areas such as ABTA, Package holidays and Airline Operations.
