Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are looking for a Service Analyst to join our IT Service Management team. You will be involved in the delivery of the availability and support of the Airline systems (Engineering, Operations and Safety), Head Office (HR, Finance and Contact Centre) as well as Base Operations including Departure control and associated systems. In addition, you will help manage the resolution of all non-ecommerce issues including escalation to appropriate senior management. You’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
Previous experience in an IT Service management role in a medium to large organisation.
Technical background in Support.
Excellent understanding of Service delivery and a working knowledge of ServiceNow and Infrastructure.
Competent with Problem and Change Management, Service Design, Improvement and Transition.
You will ideally be ITIL Foundation certified.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and any additional European languages are highly desirable.
