Reporting to the GM - Engineering Training & Development, the Engineering Technical Instructor (Avionic) is primarily responsible for delivering EASA Part 147 Type Rating Engineering and EWIS Hand Skills Training to Jet2.com colleagues across the Companies fleet of aircraft. This position ensures quality and consistency across the scope of training provided and plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of working practices within Jet2.com Engineering Teams.
The Engineering Technical Instructor (Avionic) will identify training needs within the Company, developing and reviewing technical courses accordingly. You will also deliver the training, responding to a variety of learning styles and needs. In addition, you will produce management reports on technical and training related issues, driving improvement and customising training as a result.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing and delivering type rating training in an Engineering Aviation Environment. You will be familiar with delivering training in EASA Part 147/Part 145/Part M Organisations, ideally with specific experience in Boeing Aircraft with previous EASA approval to instruct either B2 Type Rating and General Familiarisation courses, although support and training will be offered to the right candidate to achieve this approval. The B2 Avionic Instructor (Engineering) will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to a wide audience. Along with this, strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also a key requirement.

Reporting to the Simulator Technical Manager, the Flight Simulator Engineer is responsible for providing end to end engineering support to ensure the B737-800, B737-300 and B757-200 flight simulators are maintained to a high standard, allowing all associated Aircrew, Engineering and Cabin Crew training to take place. You will rectify all defects on flight simulators, their sub-systems and components as well as visual systems and other training devices. You will use a wide range of skills to repair, overhaul, calibrate and test these systems to ensure optimum performance is achieved. You will also modify existing hardware and software and carry out preventative maintenance and testing to ensure the Company and regulatory standards are achieved. In addition, you will update all technical and regulatory documentation as required. The successful candidate will have experience in the maintenance and operation of flight simulators, in particular CAE, L-3 (Rediffusion/Thales) and TRU Simulation devices. You will have knowledge of the regulatory requirements governing flight simulators and the ability to maintain these devices to a high standard. In addition, you will have analytical and diagnostic skills required to operate and maintain technical areas such as electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components. You should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work pro-actively and on your own initiative.

You will have demonstrable Studio or Project Management experience, in a fast-paced Agency or in-house Studio environment. In addition, the Studio Manager will be process driven and able to balance the technical emphasis and creative output to successfully deliver to internal clients/stakeholders. Our high performing eCommerce team’s mission is Continual Optimisation and Innovation across all E-commerce functions to deliver Sales Volume, ROI & Engagement at Speed. In this exciting and challenging role, you will lead the planning, management and analysis of multi-million-pound budgets, that drive a significant share of direct bookings on our web platforms and work closely with all key search engine partners, as well as key aggregator and affiliate partners. In this pivotal commercial role, you will be a key member of the eCommerce team, as well as the broader Senior Marketing Management team, with significant C-Suite access and exposure. Your key responsibilities will be: - Managing and driving efficiency from the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) through the most optimal Paid and Organic traffic mix.
- Building and influencing external relationships with industry managers and our key performance marketing suppliers (Google, Microsoft, SkyScanner etc) for commercial benefit.

- Making sure all expenditure is effective use of money and generates appropriate Return on Investment (ROI).
- Keeping a clear record of all expenditure, ensuring all Purchase Orders are raised before activity is committed to.
The successful candidate will have significant proven experience working in a biddable media environment, managing large-scale, complex, results-driven projects with significant budgets, within an agency or large-scale in-house environment. You will be adaptable, used to working at pace and be an excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels and comfortable presenting up to C-Suite colleagues. Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, the Health & Safety Co-ordinator will play a key supporting role in ensuring that Jet2.com has a compliant and effective Health & Safety Management System. You will be the first point of contact for all Health & Safety enquiries, you will undertake audits, risk assessments and inspections throughout the organisation. You will take lead role in investigating incidents, reporting events and ensuring the implementation of corrective or preventative actions. Working closely with the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, the Health & Safety Co-ordinator will produce and maintain statistical reports for all Health & Safety trends and findings for Senior Management.
The successful candidate will have proven Health & Safety experience, with previous hands on experience. You will be organised, flexible and have outstanding attention to detail, as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. There will be a requirement to travel across the Jet2.com’s 10 UK bases and possibly overseas on occasion, often at short notice. A UK driving license is required due to the possible travel requirements.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager – Third Party, the successful Business Analyst will play a vital role helping to deliver new features on some of the most widely used systems at Jet2holidays.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be expected to be an expert in business analysis for software development – driving critical business projects from inception to delivery. You will facilitate internal stakeholder workshops, displaying skills in interviewing, effective questioning and have an ability to capture requirements to maximise business value.
You will own the requirements for any developments our internal stakeholders request, capturing these with any supporting documentation. To be successful in this role, you will have proven customer service and operational management experience gained from working with a tour operator, along with excellent team leadership and motivational skills.
