With the opening of our 12th UK base in Bournemouth , we are now recruiting for Passenger Service Supervisors to support our customer facing teams at the airport, ensuring that a fantastic customer service is delivered to our all-important customers at the airport!

What will you do as a Passenger Service Supervisor?
  • Lead, support and coach your team of Customer Helper [Passenger Service Agents] to ensure they deliver fantastic levels of customer service.
  • Play an important role in ensuring the efficient running of the day-to-day check -in and boarding operation during your shift.
  • Effectively support our customers and our operation in times of disruption and delays.
  • Work closely with our third-party partners to ensure we deliver a fantastic service.
  • Be an ambassador of our safety-first culture, ensuring you drive the culture through every aspect of the role.
  • Communicate effectively with our customers at all times, demonstrating a friendly, professional approach, ensuring every customer feel like a VIP

This a varied and fulfilling role with people and operational responsibility, which plays a vital part in ensuring we achieve our On Time Performance, Safety and Customer Satisfaction targets. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include early starts, late finishes, working weekends and bank holidays.

What Skills & Experience will you need?

You will:
  • Have experience of coaching and leading teams in a fast-paced, customer facing airline operational environment.
  • Possess the ability to provide direction and guidance in challenging operational situations.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Outlook and Excel, with good numeracy and communication skills.
  • Share our passion for customer service and safety.
