As our Product Innovation Manager - Excursions and Holiday Services, you’ll manage the day-to-day planning and development of the Jet2holidays excursions/experiences programme to meet customer needs and maximise sales and revenue in line with company targets. You’ll also be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing current and new holiday services, with the aim of enhancing the customer journey and creating memories for Jet2holidays customers. This includes opportunities within transfers and assisted travel, along with any other newly identified services.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage the excursions/experiences seasonal programme, ensuring all product goes on sale in a timely manner and is effectively positioned across all distribution channels.
Take responsibility for the sales performance of all experiences and take any required action in line with changing market positions.
Identify development opportunities within the experience programme and other holiday services, leading a team to research and create business plans right through to implementation of the development idea.
Develop, coach and support the team and provide guidance to meet objectives and empower / further develop team members.
What you’ll have:
Experience within a product development or project-based role.
Excellent organisational skills with ability to work to strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
Must possess a confident and proportionate approach to dealing with challenging situations and taking them to a positive conclusion.
Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and be comfortable with dealing with changing business priorities.
Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages and be comfortable working across a number of business systems.
Some overseas travel may be required from time to time.
