Are you ready to play a key role in the success of our Contracting Team? We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Contracting Team Co-ordinator. As the backbone of our administrative and support functions, you'll manage diaries, coordinate travel arrangements, and organise captivating events and conferences for the department. What will you do in the role?

  • Diary Management – You’ll coordinate and manage the diaries of senior team members, maintain and keep up-to-date calendars and proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts.

  • Travel Coordination – You’ll plan and arrange all travel logistics, research and recommend the most cost-effective and convenient travel options and prepare comprehensive travel itineraries.

  • Event and Conference Planning – You’ll take ownership of organising events, conferences, and meetings for the contracting department, collaborate with stakeholders to determine event objectives, themes and logistics.

  • Administrative Support – You’ll assist with general administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, creating presentations and maintaining departmental record, prepare reports, presentations and other materials for senior team members.

What you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role preferably within the travel industry.

  • Strong note-taking, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity in handling sensitive information.

  • Pro-active mindset with the ability to find solutions to issues and comfortable to manage upwards.
