MI Development Analyst based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.  This is a hybrid role with 2 days spent in the office and the scope to work from home for the rest of the week.

Reporting to the Retail Partnerships Manager, the MI Development Analyst will Take Responsibility for the creation and innovation of high quality, accurate and focused Management Information (MI) for the Retail Team. You will be reporting for online, inflight and third party retail revenue streams and will deliver other bespoke reporting requirements as required, Working as One Team to support colleagues, the wider business and/or external business partners.

What will you do in the role?

As MI Development Analyst, you will collate reporting requirements from the team to be used as a basis for data discovery (internal and external data sources) and reporting innovation. You will also:
  • Have the freedom to investigate improved ways or working and delivering new insights
  • Be able to process, extract and prepare data for use in analysis
  • Have a passion for creating accurate and engaging MI which is presented in an easy-to-understand format relevant to the target audience.
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?

Our MI Development Analyst will ideally have proven experience in a similar analytical / reporting role and have previous experience using Tableau (or other data visualisation programmes). An understanding of SQL would be beneficial. You will also:
  • Be educated to Graduate level, with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Be proficient in the use of Excel
  • Be passionate about analytics
  • Be comfortable processing large volumes of data
  • Have a creative mindset, with excellent attention to detail
