As our Apprentice In Flight Retail Administrator, you’ll join our in-flight systems team and play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of our onboard retail systems. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and ensuring that devices such as tablets and card readers are well managed and ready for use is a key part of this.
You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the management of In-Flight Retail point of sale devices and hardware, including helping with stocktaking and audits
- Assisting with the distribution and return of devices to and from crew members
- Supporting the maintenance process, including logging and tracking faulty devices for return
- Helping to raise and manage invoices and purchase orders relating to In-Flight Retail hardware
- Assisting with the investigation of hardware-related issues, in line with company procedures
- Supporting improvements to processes and helping maintain accurate tracking and reporting of devices
What you'll have:
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at Grade A-C (9-4)
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to respond quickly in a busy environment
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Basic experience in customer service, administration, or stock handling would be beneficial, but is not essential
- in order to qualify for this apprenticeship you must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years, and you must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (Business Administration)
