What we’re Looking For
  • Strong background in aviationcheck-in or ramp handling experience is advantageous
  • People manager with proven experience leading, motivating and coaching teams
  • Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service in a fast-paced operation
  • Natural problem solver who remains calm under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • As we employ on local contracts, you will already hold full right to work documents for Malta
What will you do in the role?
  • Take Responsibility - Lead, oversee and support the safe and punctual ground operation, ensuring all Jet2.com & Jet2holidays customers receive a VIP experience. You will directly manage an Airport Supervisor and their respective team of 4 Customer Service Agents as well as supervise our third-party handlers.
  • Be Present – Manage landside & airside activities, complete daily operational reports, monitor station KPIs and ensure all Jet2.com policies, procedures and safety standards are always followed.
  • Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values
  • Work as One Team - Build strong relationships with third-party handlers, airport stakeholders and Jet2.com & Jet2holidays colleagues. Promote a “One Team” culture and collaborate to improve performance and operational delivery across the station.
