We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our friendly, fast-paced team, supporting our seasonal high-volume recruitment campaigns across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our hiring journey by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interview and assessment days, ensuing a positive candidate experience and ensuring a smooth offer process. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism and energy, both virtually and in person, with travel across the UK required.

This is a hybrid role based out of the our Leeds City Centre office on Tuesday and Wednesday. Travel to one of our 14 UK Airport Bases will be required to support interviews and assessments.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for volume, seasonal roles across the UK
  • Communicating with candidates and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey
  • Coordinating interviews and assessment days with precision
  • Delivering a great candidate experience
  • Partnering effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver results
  • Using our Applicant Tracking System to manage applications and provide data and insight

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment role
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A flexible, proactive approach and ability to work at pace
  • Passion for delivering a fantastic candidate experience
  • Confidence in managing and interpreting recruitment data
