What We’re Looking For
  • Proven people supervision experience, ideally in an operations environment or similar
  • Fluent in Spanish & intermediate English
  • Full right to work in Spain

What you will do in the role
  • Create Memories - Ensuring our team of Passenger Service Agents and third-party provider delivers an outstanding Customer Service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values.
  • Be Present - Supervising our third-party handler and our team of passenger service agents in providing a friendly and efficient check-in and boarding service for departing customers, offering helpful advice and being present for our customers throughout their time at the airport
  • Take Responsibility - Ensuring Jet2.com’s policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out by our third-party provider. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
  • Work as One Team - Working in partnership with our third-party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams to ensure the best Customer experience
