As our Jet2 Programme Manager - Transformation, you’ll lead key technology programmes ensuring we deliver agreed outcomes and value to Jet2 customers. You’ll be a fundamental part of the Jet2 team, collaborating with directors, senior managers, business SMEs, product, architecture, technical dev teams and 3rd parties (to name but a few).
Above all, you’ll establish excellent working relationships with Key Stakeholders in order to effectively deliver outcomes.

What you’ll do:
- Establish Programme Business case.
- Support Governance and reporting structure.
- Develop plans to successfully deliver key milestones.
- Control Budgets.
- Resource and communication planning.
- Understand and mitigate Risk, Issues and Dependencies
- Create Benefits realisation plans.
- Set 3rd party/vendor deliverables.
What you’ll have:
As our Programme Manager - Transformation, you’ll be known for your excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management approach, influencing skills and intuition for delivering results at the right time.
- Experience managing business cases, budgets, resources, delivery plans and benefits realisation plans for large teams.
- Communication at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans.
- Experience in project performance tracking, providing regular reports on progress, budget, and resource utilisation.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple complex digital projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proven record in digital project management, with experience in the travel industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric digital experience.
