Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will Take Responsibility for providing a wide range of support across our busy Pilot Talent Acquisition function, ensuring we continue to deliver a high-quality service to the business, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. You will represent the Talent Acquisition Team as the face of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays on the phone, in interviews, at assessment centres and to internal stakeholders. 

What will you be doing?

  • Review, screen and select candidate applications for Pilot vacancies across our Boeing and Airbus fleet.

  • Organise and conduct interviews, and assessment days

  • Write advert copy, advertise and promote vacancies, and conduct direct sourcing

  • Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate video interviews

  • Management of group email inboxes and SharePoint sites

  • Ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications

  • Ensure candidate document compliance is maintained

What are we looking for?

  • Strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail - able to execute at pace

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels within the business

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated

  • Experience working in a fast paced and high touch Talent Acquisition team would be ideal, but not essential
