Reporting to the Legal Reclaims Team Leader, our Legal Reclaims & Audit Executive will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial processes within the Legal Services Team. This position involves conducting detailed audits of tasks and payments, identifying discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement across legal operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining compliance standards and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll produce reports and analysis, providing feedback and recommendations to improve processes and performance.
  • You’ll co-ordinate with the Contracting department, Legal Claims Handlers, and the Accounts Payable department regarding outstanding supplier reclaims and provide business updates.

What you’ll have:
  • You’ll have advanced data analysis and excel skills and have excellent attention to detail.
  • You’ll ideally have knowledge of the Package Travel Regulations.
  • You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work to tight timescales with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
