Reporting to the Senior Planning Systems and Development Manager, our Planning Systems and Development Executive will support the wider Planning team (including Charter & Airline Sales, Sustainability and Airport and Tourism Organisations) on process and system developments as well as data and reporting strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
  • You'll produce visualisations and reports (using analytical tools like Tableau/Snowflake) and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a professional, clear manner.
  • You'll support with ongoing system developments, from initial scoping through to testing.
  • You'll ensure databases and reports which support the effective use of planning systems are kept up to date and accurate.
  • You'll continually develop the suite of reports (including Tableau) used to make planning and commercial decisions.
  • You'll ensure the planning team is effectively integrated into other departments to provide them with relevant, timely and up-to-date details of the flying programme.
  • You'll keep up to date with industry trends and best-practices in data analytics.

What you’ll have:

As our Planning Systems and Reporting Executive
you'll ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent with a forward-thinking, can-do attitude. You’ll also have:
  • A high attention to detail and a keen problem solver.
  • The ability to effectively document and communicate processes.
  • Confidence with working with large and complex data sets.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to become fluent in bespoke software. Experience using Tableau or other data visualisation programmes preferred.
  • Ideally have a commercial/revenue management background with enthusiasm towards the aviation and travel sector.
  • The ability to challenge existing ways of working and identify improved reporting opportunities.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider planning team.
