Apprentice Scheme
Our Pilot Apprentice scheme is all about getting to know our business, our ethos and our customers.
You will gain experience across a number of business areas, learning new skills and building relationships with colleagues. Over the course of the programme, you will spend time working in one of our bases as well as flying as Cabin Crew. On successful completion of the scheme, you will undertake a fully bonded Type Rating and join our fleet as a Second Officer with many exciting career development opportunities to follow.
The minimum entry requirements for the Pilot Apprentice Scheme are a UK issued Frozen ATPL Pilots Licence, completion of a Multi Engine Instrument Rating, a current UK issued Class 1 Medical Certificate and completion of an APS MCC Course, or a Multi Crew Co-operation (MCC) & Jet Orientation (JOC) course.
