They’ll negotiate competitive rates and conditions and ensure we’re building mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers. Management of risk levels and ensuring that our contracted product is delivered in line with our planned programme is essential.

Every customer’s budget, needs and holiday dreams are different, so the hotels we offer must be wide-ranging too. Our Contracting team play a key part in making this happen. Managing suppliers, terms and payments lies with the Contacting team. Managing relationships with overseas hoteliers and keen commercial awareness are both imperative to our contracting positions.

Contractor
Our Contractors ensure that our Contracts Managers have access to reporting and MI which informs their decision making. They’ll assist Contracts Managers with relationship management and query handling, whilst also working closely with internal colleagues within Revenue and Product to ensure seamless processes.
Contracts Executive
Our Contracts Executives provide the bedrock for our Contracting team. They ensure that all of our contracts are loaded correctly and administered in line with our high expectations. They’ll also maintain and monitor various reports and systems to ensure we stay on track.
