Our flying for most is a busy summer schedule and quieter winter period – this allows you opportunities for fixed periods of time off in the winter, either permanently or just for one season.

Annual leave is confirmed up to 6 months in advance, based in priority bid groups which are rotated every season. We operate a live booking and confirmation service for Pilot annual leave, making the process as smooth as possible.

There are several Rostering services available to Pilots, which include:

• Swap system
• Roster Protection Windows  – Protect your roster from changes
• Guaranteed finish times before Annual Leave and start times after Annual Leave*
• Guaranteed finish times before Days Off*
• Pre-booked Requested Days Off
• Extended Rest Periods in every month
• Golden Requested Days Off – bookable up to 12 months in advance
